The Gateway

The first training in our small business curriculum sets the stage for the other programs, and it provides an overall foundation for shaping and designing your business to run more effectively and efficiently. You'll learn how to use less of your force and more authentic power, as well as how to get higher value for your customers and increased revenues for your business. The course helps you clarify your purpose and where you want to take your business while providing you with a framework to keep your eye on the triple bottom line (planet, people, profits). This initial training is your gateway to success on your terms.

After this two-day program, you'll be able to:
