As a discipline, innovation can be a hard concept to pin down. With so many competing demands on a small business owner's time, it may be a challenge for him or her to proactively and consistently innovate. Moreover, many businesses become more inefficient and less innovative as they grow.

Ascendant defines business innovation as the creation of substantial new value for customers and your company by creatively changing one or more dimensions of your business system.

It's simple. Business innovation is about creating new value, not just new things. And it takes focus and intention to consistently evolve your business systems to generate new value for your customers. This can happen at many levels inside your organization, through your offerings (what), customers (who), processes (how) and presence (where).

Our Innovation Incubator helps you create a specific internal analysis and action plan to proactively innovate in all areas of your business. We create an environment where you and your peers can develop a variety of ideas to innovate in your company - ideas that can help you save money, increase your revenues, electrify your customers or accomplish all three.

In this 3-day interactive training, you'll develop:
